Employee Retention Program

It is quite normal to experience greater than normal employee turnover in this field.  People simply don’t make a career of being a janitor.  However, our program keeps this problem to a minimum.

Our hiring practices help weed out the undesirable element that are often unreliable.  We are not the cheapest company out there and this is reflective in our employee compensation rates.    You as the customer want quality service at the lowest cost.  Our greatest concern is customer satisfaction through quality service so we simply do business with those customers that agree.  We offer our employees incentives which many of our competitors do not such as Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay and Birthday Pay; we also offer Profit Sharing and a 401 K plan.  As an additional incentive we provide other  bonuses to outstanding employees.
