Adam
Adam grew up in Minnesota and later moved to Arizona to attend Arizona State University, earning a degree in Supply Chain Management. He began his career at ExxonMobil and went on to earn a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University in 2012. In 2018, Adam relocated to Alaska for a position with BP, where he met future business partner Jordan Farkas. After two years at ConocoPhillips, Adam and Jordan acquired Q‑1 Services in 2022. As COO, Adam guides Q‑1’s operational strategy, leading the team in building a strong operating structure, improving efficiency, and leveraging technology and innovation to deliver greater value to clients. Outside of work, Adam enjoys camping, fishing, traveling, golfing, coaching youth sports, and spending time with his wife Lindsey and their three children Carson, Celine, and Crew.

Jordan
Jordan Farkas is the co‑owner of Q‑1 Services and brings a strong commitment to quality and client relationships to the company. With a background in Alaska’s energy sector, Jordan has extensive experience in operations and team leadership. At Q‑1, he focuses on building trusted partnerships with clients and empowering crews to uphold the highest standards of professionalism. When he’s not at work, Jordan enjoys spending time outdoors, supporting community initiatives, and being with family.

Morgan
Morgan Balovich-Huntley was born and raised in Juneau, Alaska, and brings both local roots and a passion for leadership to her role as Operations Manager. She is currently pursuing her Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) designation and will begin a master’s in project management at SNHU in 2026, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional growth. Morgan loves connecting with people, building strong teams, and finding ways to make work more efficient and rewarding for everyone. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, crafting, reading, and always learning something new. At home, life is full with two dogs, two cats, and her husband—her best friend of 8 years—whom she married in August 2025.

Olivia
Olivia is a proud military kid, born and raised across eight different homes both in the U.S. and abroad. After years of moving, she’s thrilled to finally put down roots and call Alaska her new home. Olivia recently graduated from Hope College in Holland, Michigan, where she studied international affairs, communication, and French.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, dancing, singing (enthusiastically but off-key), learning new languages, and exploring new places. These days, you’ll often find her curled up with her new cat, Leonie.

Taide
Taide was born in Alaska and raised in Mexico, proudly embracing her Mexican‑American heritage. At Q‑1 Services, she handles customer relations, creates and manages crew schedules, and processes essential paperwork to keep operations running smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, dancing, and spending time with her nieces and nephews, but also values quiet time to relax with her fiancé.

Erin
Erin has been a cornerstone of Q‑1 Services for more than 11 years, working in HR, payroll, and billing, and knowing the company “better than the back of her hand.” She brings deep experience, consistency, and a personal touch to her work. As she looks ahead to retirement, Erin is excited to explore new adventures at a gentler pace. She has two daughters and three granddaughters and enjoys thrifting, traveling, and crafting in her free time.

Levi
Levi leads Q‑1’s daytime operations, managing crews who cover buildings and respond to requests and emergencies during the day. With more than 25 years at Q‑1, he embodies the company’s reliability and service ethic. Known for his outstanding personality and ability to make people laugh, Levi enjoys fishing, caring for his five dogs (three chihuahuas and two schnauzers), and spending time with his wife Crisalyn, their three children, and their granddaughter.
